What we do
ClubVault is a multi-sport club management platform built for amateur sports clubs in the UK. We give clubs one place to handle member registration, subscription payments, team management, coach certifications, pitch bookings, and documents — without spreadsheets, WhatsApp chases, or paper forms.
The platform is co-branded: members see their club's crest and colours, powered quietly by ClubVault in the background.

Built for the UK
ClubVault is designed specifically for UK clubs. Data is hosted in the EU West (London) region. Payments are handled in GBP via Stripe Connect, with funds settling directly to your club's own bank account. We are registered with the ICO and comply with UK GDPR.
